-  Shipping charges (if applicable) are clearly mentioned at checkout.
-  Free shipping may be available on selected products or minimum order value.

📍  Delivery Coverage

-  We currently ship across India.
-  Delivery may not be available in certain remote or restricted areas.

📦  Delays

-  While we strive to deliver on time, delays due to weather, courier issues, or operational reasons are beyond our control. Customers will be notified in case of major delays.


❌  Cancellation Policy

🕒  Order Cancellation

-  Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order or before shipment, whichever is earlier.
-  Once the order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

💰  Refund for Cancelled Orders

-  For prepaid orders, refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days to the original payment method.
-  COD orders cancelled before shipment will not be charged.
