🔁  Return & Refund Policy

At Nine Color Fashion, customer satisfaction is our first priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our Refund & Return Policy below.

✅  Return Eligibility

-  Returns can be requested within 7 days of delivery.
-  The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.
-  Original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact.
-  Returns are accepted only in the following cases :

1. Defective product
2. Wrong product received
3. Size-related issues

❌  Non-Returnable Items

-  Sale or discounted products.
-  Innerwear and accessories (for hygiene reasons).
-  Products that are used, washed, or altered.

🔄  Return Process

-  Initiate a return request via My Orders, Email, or WhatsApp.
-  Once approved, a pickup will be arranged within 7 working days.
-  The product will undergo a quality check after pickup.

💰 Refund Policy

-  After successful quality inspection, the refund will be processed within 5–7 working days.
-  Refunds will be credited to the original payment method (UPI / Credit Card / Debit Card / Net Banking / Wallet).
-  For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or UPI.
-  Shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases of damaged or incorrect products.

🔁  Exchange Policy

-  Exchanges are allowed only for size changes.
-  Exchange is subject to product availability in stock.
-  If the requested size is unavailable, a refund will be issued.

📦  Damaged or Incorrect Product

-  If you receive a damaged or incorrect product :

1. Please report the issue within 24 hours of delivery.
2. Share clear product photos or an unboxing video for verification.
3. After verification, we will provide a free replacement or full refund.
